The company has five components viz.,Nursery, Processing, Trading, Consultancy and Civil. Nursery establishment was done since 1993 at Tetavali ,Tal-Dapoli, Dis-Ratnagiri. It is authorized nursery as per the nursery act of Government of Maharashtra which gives genuine planting material to the farmers. The processing component has been initiated since 2001.The third component that is trading of fruits and even consultancy and advisor to the farmers for orchard establishment and management.
